Zen do kai tournament

I put a post on another forum but there was no replies so here we go.

I have a place for a tournament but need to get back with a date.
it will be in Palmerston North

I need senior black belts for a judging panel (thats anything sensei and above). It would be good if any senior ranked black belts could ref the matches but 2nd degree black belts would be fine.
