Zen Do Kai The Best of Everything in Progression

I'll be running a ground fighting class at Shihan Shane's class in Tawa on Thursday (28th of September). It'll be refreshing and expanding on the skills that were taught a couple of weeks back.
What I teach is generally based on how I've understood the Judo and Jiu Jitsu concepts I've gathered over the years.
