Zen Do Kai The Best of Everything in Progression

From an article found on Stuff a nurse in Australia broke an attacker's arm when he tried to steal her car.

The 28 year old nurse didn't come of unscathed, requiring six stitches to a gash on her wrist after defending herself from the attacker armed with a knife. She said things could have turned out differently if she had not been able to defend herself. She had got to black belt in Zen Do Kai about 10 years ago.
