Stumbled across this a while ago, you may have seen it already, but it's a good laugh.

On doing some quick look up on the guy, he's an ex-mma fighter, and the stuff you see on the vid comes from a dvd he's produced.

Even though the editing makes the clip hilarious, most of the stuff he's doing is quite good.
