Auckland Regional Training Seminar
Auckland Regional Training with Kyoshi Shane Longstaff
Kyoshi Shane is a 6th Dan Black Belt with over 25 years of experience in Zen Do Kai. He has a wealth of experience and those who attend will leave with new skills and a deeper understanding of ZDK.
He is running a series of seminars from Weapons, Self Defence and Black Belt sessions for the Dojos of the Auckland Regional area comprising of Tokoroa, Waiuku, Mairangi Bay and St Helliers.

Wellington Weapons Class
Hosted by Renshi Dan Smart it will cover training for speed and aptitude in Nunchaku and Bo.
The main focus of the class will be around developing training methods rather than showing a range of techniques that could be quickly forgotten. You will walk away from the class with training practices that can also be applied to most other weapons.

Silver stream Retreat corner Eastern Hutt Road & Reynolds Bach Drive – Lower Hutt
Kyoshi Lloyd Sushames will be hosting a Muay Thai training camp open to all Muay Thai Kickboxing and Zen Do Kai teachers / students. This will be a great opportunity to brush up on your fighting skills, pad work holding and hitting as well as many other Muay Thai Kickboxing attributes.
