BJMA has a number of martial arts systems that are taught by our instructors.

Kidz Karate
Martial Arts for the kids. We recognise that children are not 'little adults' so we have a syllabus aimed at bringing the best out of children while teaching them valuable martial arts and self defence skills.
Muay Thai
A very dynamic and powerful set of fighting skills for the ring, fitness or self defence.
Zen Do Kai
This is the 'corner stone' of our martial arts systems, bringing the strengths of other systems together to build a solid grounding in self defence and martial arts.
